Welcome Jag Families!
Let's get ready to make 2015-2016 a great year!
We need you to become involved! The first step is joining our great group of volunteers!
Why do we need a PTSA?
The Parent Student Teacher Association is the collective voice of our school community. Falls Church High School PTSA is comprised of parents, students and FCHS faculty who are working together to enrich and advocate for our school.
The FCHS-PTSA is a great source of information:
By attending our monthly PTSA meetings you will become better informed about school and community activities as well as how county and state legislation affect public education and our school. The meetings are also your opportunity to voice concerns and bring fresh ideas.
FCHS-PTSA needs you!!
New Teacher-Led SAT Prep Classes at FCHS
Falls Church High School PTSA is sponsoring a special partnership with Specifix Prep to offer high-quality, low-cost SAT preparation courses for FCHS students.
All classes will be held at FCHS. The cost is $225 per student. Enrolled students will learn valuable SAT test-taking strategies and practice-based techniques to prepare for a specific SAT test date.
Classes will be taught by Patrick Bock, a teacher with over 15 years of experience and a comprehensive knowledge of the test.
View course schedules and register at www.SpecifixPrep.com/FCHS
(Please sign up soon! Courses that do not reach minimum enrollment may be cancelled.)
Don't forget new start times! 8:10 school begins and 2:55 school is dismissed!
Hopefully every student at Falls Church High School is being challenged and experiencing a rewarding education at our school. But, sometimes it might take us getting a little more involved in our students daily life to make sure that is happening. The first step for families can be an appointment in our career counseling center. Check them out!
